Krista Claypool, English

Mrs. Claypool has been working at MHSA since January of 2001. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in December 2000 with a Bachelor of Science and Education. Her major was English and her minor was Speech. While there, she was on the Dean's List, a member of the Dean's Advisory Council, and a member of the Urban Education Committee which implemented an Urban Education Program at UW-Whitewater. She returns to UW-Whitewater to talk to future teachers of Milwaukee. In 2004 she earned a Masters Degree from National-Louis University in Educational Leadership graduating with a 4.0.  She is the literacy leader at MHSA and a member of the Learning Team.  She is also co-advisor of the Prom.
