Application Form

I want to audition for multiple areas on the same day. What do I do?
You need to fill out an application for each area of interest. For example, fill out one application for Dance and another application for Piano.
You need to indicate your preferred major on both applications. If you prefer Dance over Piano, please list Dance as your preferred major on both applications.
The following combinations are acceptable for same day auditions. All other combinations will not work for the March audition.
Music and Theatre
Music and Dance
Music and Visual Art
Music and Creative Writing
Music and Music (ex. piano and vocal)



I cannot make either audition. What do I do?
There are no more auditions planned for the Fall 2012 school year. Check back in August when we post applications for the Fall 2013 school year

When will I find out the results?
Non-Milwaukee residents will find out about the status of their audition within 48 hours of the January audition in order to comply with Chapter 220/Open Enrollment deadlines. Milwaukee resident audition results will be mailed to the address you provided on the application about 2 weeks after the March audition.
